Nice to learn the story behind these special wines through BTB. Really like walking around the wine cellar of the house yourself. Great personal service from 2 passionate men. The first box of 6 bottles of Sorentberg was top notch. I am already looking forward to the next special wines!
First of all, Beyond the bottle is a great name, but you guys really live up to this name! What a wonderful insight on insta into the complex process of winemaking by the men of Sorentberg!
And then I open the first bottle expectantly: Dry, fresh with something sweet/sour apple 🍏... awesome! It tastes like more! When is the next beyond the bottle coming!

Having a selection of wines tasted extensively among friends, lovers and connoisseurs before a final choice of wine is made. Like the Sorentberg riesling.
