First of all, Beyond the bottle is a great name, but you guys really live up to this name! What a wonderful insight on insta into the complex process of winemaking by the men of Sorentberg!
And then I open the first bottle expectantly: Dry, fresh with something sweet/sour apple 🍏... awesome! It tastes like more! When is the next beyond the bottle coming!

I was one of the lucky ones who got the chance to order from the first batch of wine at Beyond the bottle. Besides a great wine, the story behind the wine makes the experience even better. The contagious enthusiasm of the initiators completes it. Keep up the good work! I look forward to the next batch.
