Roel and Nico are two enthusiastic entrepreneurs who, together with a team of international sommeliers, have combined a lot of energy and knowledge resulting in Beyond the Bottle. A platform where the winemaker and his wine play the leading role. The kickoff of this success took place in Germany, vineyard Sorentberg from which they chose the Riesling Rotschiefer. After purchasing box 1 at the last minute, fortunately I was able to get my hands on one last box. I am already looking forward to their Provence adventure!
